We've moved our meetings up from 6:00 to 5:00pm so we could have a meal together. Several people suggested this as a way to provide additional time to just enjoy each other and spend some informal social time together. Maybe a cynic would say that they are mainly inspired by free pizza, but as I watch I see a true love and fellowship displayed among the brothers.

Our meetings always start with a time of sharing and prayer. This month, we were asked to come prepared to share a specific Bible passage describing an aspect of God's character that is especially meaningful to us. This led to a very sweet and genuine time of heartfelt testimony as to the greatness and majesty of our Heavenly Father. The picture above says it all for me... a group of men, sitting with Bibles open, simply sharing in our love for our God.
Please continue to pray for us as we study and dialogue about "big picture" topics. This is an important season in the life of our fellowship and we want you to join us in praying for continued humility, wisdom, insight, and grace as we seek to fulfill God's mandate for our local church.
