Lately there has been a lot of discussion among the leadership of Temecula Hills regarding communication. As part of that conversation, we've discussed different ways that information can be shared and distributed.
So, it occurred to me, what if we added a blog link on our website? Would that be helpful? Would anybody read it? Would it facilitate discussion and create new lines of communication, or would it just be a waste of time?
What do you think? I'll leave this initial post up for a couple of weeks, and see what kind of responses we receive.

hi rob! i think the blog is a great idea--available for those who are interested in the opportunity to read more of your thoughts and ideas--with the chance to interact too! more than is possible on a sunday morning after the sermon. i like that you provide links to websites that are useful. i am glad that the comments are moderated. it is also a great way to catch-up on what you missed, ie: we didn't go to the first missions wednesday and did not know about the Advent adventure that is on the way at christmas--and that is soooo good! we LOVE the idea and will be praying that it is a terrific time of remembering the true meaning of the holiday--and redeeming that time with our lost family and friends. keep up the splendid ideas rob! it will be neat to get to read more stuff from you--you write (and speak too!) very effectively. BLOG ON!
Thank you Kelly! I appreciate the encouragement. We are still experimenting with this idea, and I'll let you know if we decide to make a permanent link to the website.
Hi Rob, I just discovered your blog and glad to see you on blogspot. I have two devotional blogs on blogspot reading through the old and new testaments. You are welcome to link to them if you wish. Theresa put them on her Turkey blog. I have found blogging to be a very fruitful way to minister and have posted on several different networks that reach different places in the world. Amazing, when we consider the possibilities.
