I don't know about you, but I am always looking for new tools to help me summarize and present the Gospel message in a way that is biblically accurate, comprehensive, but not too lengthy.
Recently, I found something I would like to share with you. Its a little booklet called "Two Ways to Live", published by Matthias Media out of Australia.
To be honest, I didn't even know there were Christians in Australia, much less those who could publish an awesome little booklet like this one! This presentation of the Gospel meets my number one criteria: It is centered on God and Jesus Christ, not on man. God is the central character, the initiator, and man is the responder.
The presentation is built around a very easy to remember formula: God, man, Jesus, response. A couple of the sections have two parts, but even then it is relatively easy to learn the basic outline. I have found this to be helpful, as you will feel more comfortable talking with someone if you have a good handle on the information yourself. Also, it sometimes feels a bit cheesy to actually pull out a booklet and read from it, so knowing the outline and scriptures allows you to present directly from your Bible or from memory.
Go to www.twowaystolive.com to see it for yourself. I've got 50 of these booklets at the Church office and would be happy to give some to anyone who is committed to actually using them to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
